Sophomore Maddie Steiner has been a strong performer for the Big Green this year, even claiming victory in the 200 IM in a loss against Princeton … She, along with seniors Hillary Preston and Heather Jankins and freshman Galen Barry, make up the core of the Dartmouth swimming force … Steiner was the team’s top scorer in an early season victory over Cornell in Cambridge, Mass. … Preston has been a solid performer for the Big Green, setting school records in the 50- and 100-yard freestyle … But Coach Wilson will also be searching for points from freshman diver Erica Serpico, who began her athletic career as a gymnast … Serpico has a handful of first-place finishes in the one-meter event and six more in the three-meter event in her first collegiate season.
